Thivyaa is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate / Financial Services and Real Estate Practice Groups. She graduated from the University of London with an LL.B (Hons) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 2024.

Thivyaa supports the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practices across a wide range of corporate, commercial and conveyancing matters. Her work includes assisting with corporate due diligence exercises, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance matters. Her real estate experience includes conveyancing transactions and property financing matters. She also brings prior in-house experience with exposure to tax-related matters.

Beyond her legal practice, Thivyaa is actively involved in volunteer work, including contributions to orphanages and other social service initiatives.
