Alisa is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate / Financial Services and Real Estate Practice Groups. She graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia with an LL.B (Hons) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2025.

Alisa’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate due diligence, and the drafting and review of commercial agreements. She also advises clients on regulatory compliance, including matters relating to financial services, fintech, and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Her work includes assisting clients with licensing, regulatory requirements, and other corporate advisory matters across various industries.

Outside of practice, Alisa enjoys music and sports, which reflect her appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and continuous personal development.
